Grecia C. Coughlin – Administrator

Grecia C. Coughlin studied at University of Maryland-University College, where she obtained a Bachelor degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. Mrs. Coughlin is also currently working in obtaining her MBA.

Mrs. Coughlin worked at Agape, a nonprofit institution, supporting and offering aid to families and children. Apart from her time at the nonprofit, she helped teach individuals how to read and write. After college, Mrs. Coughlin worked in the Family Division Services for the Montgomery County Circuit Court, where she worked with families in need of assistance.

As part of her interest for childhood development and psychology, Ms. Coughlin is trained with many  certifications, including: 

  • Basic First Aid CPR certification.
  • Emergency and Disaster Preparedness Training.
  • 45- Hour Course In Infant/ Toddler
  • SIDS Health, Safety and Nutrition

Silvia Cabrejos - Teacher

Silvia Cabrejos B was born in Lima – Peru, South America, studied at San Martin Porras University, where she obtained a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with a major in Management. Ms. Cabrejos also worked at Agape, a nonprofit institution, supporting and offering training to families and children.
In the United States, she obtained the Maryland Child Care Credential. The Maryland Child Care Credential recognizes teachers and providers, based on experience, training and professional activities. She has more than 11 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and training adult students, in Early Childhood Education and other seminars. She also teaches classes for parents and families promoting the emotional well-being, safety and health of children and families. Trainings and workshops:

  • MARYLAND CHILD CARE CREDENTIAL.
  • 45 Hours Child Growth and Development.
  • Supporting Breastfeeding Mothers in Child Care.
  • 90 Hours Childcare Administration.

  • MD Excels Overview.
  • Basic First Aid  CPR certification.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration with a major in Management.

Our Teachers

When you believe in what is done, what can be achieved has no limits. In Integrarte we believe in this project that we build every day.
All teachers must go through our training program, be certified in First Aid for Infants / Children and CPR, as well as meet or exceed the certification requirements of the Maryland State Department of Education.
